Responsibilities:

Safely transports students to and from school.
Appropriately operate the vehicle and equipment.
Obey all traffic laws and transportation practices outlined in the Driver Handbook, Company Policy, and local ordinances.
Observe all mandatory safety regulations and keep all emergency exits clear of obstructions.
Relates well to students and staff.
Inspect the vehicle before and after each route or activity trip.
Maintain vehicle in clean condition and informs the Director of any routine maintenance or repairs required.
Maintain mileage and gas usage log.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
3 years prior professional driving experience
Must be able to work as part of a team and get along with various personalities.
Pass DSS Background check.
CDL (preferred)

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
